Our Coaches

The coaching staff consists of one Head Coach and one or more Assistant Coaches. The Board of Directors are responsible for hiring, retaining, and releasing the coaching staff. The Board also establishes compensation (including fixed and discretionary variable pay) and is responsible for issuing form 1099's on a timely basis for income tax purposes.

The Seals coaches all began swimming as young children and have coaching, swim instruction, and/or competitive swimming experience. The coaches are extremely dedicated and passionate about improving swimmer performance in and out of the pool. SC employs a professional coaching staff each season.
